The 120Vac E-Mobility Charging Station (EMCS) allows passengers to safely and efficiently charge their electric bike, scooter and other types of electric mobility devices. Each EMCS outlets have their own charging status indicator. In addition to providing overvoltage protection of the passenger equipment, the EMCS includes a current limiting circuit to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping in the event of an accidental or deliberate short circuit (anti-vandalism). This unique feature, developed specifically for the transit industry, allows each passenger to fully benefit of the charging capacity available in the car.
